THE MELT METHOD
The Melt Method is a unique, slow-paced workout that combines resistance-based strength and cardio exercises performed on the Meltformer. It offers a high-intensity, low-impact experience that targets core strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. The method is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the entire body.
Our 45 minute class utilizes specialized strength training machines equipped with a variable spring system, ensuring exercises are gentle on joints while maximizing effectiveness across all muscle groups. Each exercise is executed with deliberate slowness and control to specifically engage slow-twitch muscle fibers.
